Dr. Tracey Huffman

After being diagnosed in 2011 with a chronic, neurological condition, she began seeking a way to continue to live life to the fullest. Dr. Tracey was referred to and received her first chiropractic adjustment in 2012. This included changing-slowly!-her choices in foods, adding exercises like yoga to her routine, and meditating daily. After improving her life beyond her dreams, she knew this information was not hers to keep. She wanted other people to feel the way she felt, to wake up and be excited about their lives, to live each day doing what they are here to do.

Dr. Tracey researched the roles in which she could deliver the principles of whole body health to people. Chiropractic principles aligned perfectly and she enrolled at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. During the program, she found techniques that provided the best care for patients in the most efficient way and she practices them today at Live Free Chiroplus in Franklin, Tennessee.

Tracey grew up riding and competing hunter/jumper horses and still feels at home in a barn. She has fostered and adopted several German Shepherds. In 2018, Tracey bought and built a tiny home in a school bus. She spent a few years in the mountains of West Virginia managing an Off Road Driving facility. Her love of coffee blossomed in college as she became a barista at a local coffee shop and later managed several Starbucks locations.
